Please read these terms carefully before using 8kbd’s services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to fully accept these terms.
1. Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By using the 8kbd website and related services, you automatically accept these terms. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are interpreted according to local laws.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 8kbd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes posted on the platform.
- These terms are applicable in both English and Bengali; in case of conflict, the Bengali version prevails.
- Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years is strictly prohibited.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you are using this service in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh.
2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
To create an account on 8kbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual can operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently blocked by 8kbd.
Security Matters
- Keeping your password and login information strictly confidential is your responsibility.
- If unauthorized access to your account is suspected, contact the Help Center immediately.
- Account rental or transfer to others is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities
- Providing false information, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to harm other users on the platform is forbidden.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate or influence game or betting outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
3. Payment, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on 8kbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently, deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Regarding Deposits
- Minimum deposit amounts are specified and may change occasionally.
- Deposits usually credit your account instantly, but minor delays may occur due to technical issues.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Regarding Withdrawals
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are only allowed to the same mobile banking number used for deposit.
- In cases of unusual transactions, 8kbd may request additional information for verification.
Bonuses & Promotions
- Each bonus offer has separate wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
- Attempts to fraudulently claim bonuses will result in account suspension and full balance forfeiture.
- 8kbd reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time.
4. Limitations of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitations of Liability
8kbd strives to operate its platform continuously. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance, or unforeseen events. 8kbd’s liability in such cases is limited.
- 8kbd is not responsible for financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.
- 8kbd is not responsible for any losses caused by user negligence or third-party actions.
- If any issues occur mid-game due to internet disconnection, decisions will be based on the platform's system records.
Intellectual Property
The 8kbd logo, design, software, game content, and other materials are fully protected under intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Connections
8kbd’s platform may include games from third-party providers. Their own terms apply. 8kbd does not guarantee the quality or availability of third-party services.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
8kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:
- Fraudulent Activities: Any kind of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest advantage attempt.
- Violation of Terms: If any part of these terms is breached.
- Money Laundering: Suspicious financial transactions or attempts to transfer illegal funds.
- Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
- Age Violation: Operating an account under 18 years of age is prohibited.

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will initially be resolved through discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
